What to include
- The page address and the step that failed.
- The error message, if there was one, and what you expected instead.
- Your browser and device. For a PDF problem, approximate file and page counts also help.
Do not email a PDF, draft, source image, QR payload, saved wheel, filename, screenshot containing private content, password, signature, personal record, financial detail, or confidential metadata. MallowDesk has no account and support will never ask for a document password.
