Which PDFs work here?

Most page-based PDFs work directly. Document extras that cannot be preserved are listed before download, while visible interactive content may need a static copy.

Worked example

Put a report and its appendix in one PDF

report.pdf has three pages. appendix.pdf has two pages.

Choose report.pdf, then add appendix.pdf. Check the source names below the thumbnails; do not rely on the file picker's selection order.
Keep report pages 1, 2, 3 followed by appendix pages 1, 2. Use Move on a page if the order needs changing.
Choose Create PDF, wait for the result check, and download report-merged.pdf.

Result: One five-page PDF: report 1 → report 2 → report 3 → appendix 1 → appendix 2.

Before you finish: Different page sizes stay different; merging does not resize everything to A4 or Letter. Check page scaling in your viewer before printing. Bookmarks, tags, and attachments are not carried into the new PDF.
