Select the pages, then receive one tidy ZIP.

The MallowDesk PDF workspace uses the visible page selection to create one PDF per selected page and keeps their ZIP order deterministic.

Which PDFs work here?

Most page-based PDFs work directly. Document extras that cannot be preserved are listed before download, while visible interactive content may need a static copy.

Keep the original and use your local viewer’s Print or Export to PDF option when a trusted document needs a simpler copy. Read the compatibility guide.

Worked example

Send three pages as separate files

report.pdf has seven pages. You need pages 2, 3, and 7 individually.

Add the report and enter 2-3, 7 in the page range, then apply the selection.
Keep Split selected pages into separate PDFs selected. Check that three pages are selected before choosing Create ZIP.
Download report-pages.zip after the check. Extract the ZIP on your device to access the individual PDFs.

Result: One ZIP containing three one-page PDFs, in the selected pages' current workspace order.

Before you finish: Split here means one PDF per selected page, not a separate multi-page file for each range. To keep pages 2, 3, and 7 together, use Extract instead. Range numbers refer to the current remaining page order.

Select cards or type a range

Choose individual page cards or enter a range such as 2-5, 8. Removed pages are skipped by the visible range numbers.

Keep predictable filenames

Each selected page receives a portable numbered PDF name, and all page files are downloaded together in one ZIP.

Check every generated page

Each separate PDF is reopened and compared before the ZIP becomes available, so a failed check cannot silently reach Download.
