Which PDFs work here?
Most page-based PDFs work directly. Document extras that cannot be preserved are listed before download, while visible interactive content may need a static copy.
Keep the original and use your local viewer’s Print or Export to PDF option when a trusted document needs a simpler copy. Read the compatibility guide.
Worked example
Move a cover and turn a sideways page
A three-page report has its cover at the end and its second page sideways.
- Open Move on source page 3 and move it to the beginning. The visible order is now source pages 3, 1, 2.
- Rotate source page 2 by a quarter turn in the direction it needs. Check the thumbnail before creating the PDF.
- If you remove a page by mistake, use Restore or Undo. Create PDF only when the visible order and rotation are right.
Result: One three-page PDF in source order 3 → 1 → 2, with the chosen rotation saved in the output.
Before you finish: Removing a page is not the same as removing an entire source file. Source removal cannot be undone. Page removal is also not redaction: use a dedicated redaction tool to remove confidential information.
Move pages with a pointer or keyboard

Undo, redo, reset, remove, and restore keep the current workspace recoverable while you decide on the final arrangement.
Rotate the result, not just the preview
